w999e Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w999e ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all use of the w999e website, Android App, games, Sports Betting markets and related services.

Accessing any part of the w999e platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, play or bet — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any section, your only option is to stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and w999e. By accepting these Terms you also accept those policies.

2Eligibility

To register and use w999e you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. w999e is strictly an adult platform. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, play or bet under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on w999e or have an account previously suspended or closed by w999e for a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and at any point we request it thereafter.

w999e reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on w999e. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed, balances forfeited and any winnings voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any changes should be reported to w999e support promptly.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials. w999e will never ask for your password. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity carried out on your account using your correct login details will be treated as having been conducted by you, whether or not you personally authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your w999e account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Notify w999e immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• w999e will not be liable for losses arising from you sharing your login credentials voluntarily or through negligence.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on w999e are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion charges for PKR transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and other supported mobile wallets.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in your account wallet section and may vary depending on your VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers benefit from faster withdrawal processing.

• Deposits are typically credited to your w999e wallet within minutes of payment confirmation via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• w999e reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks exist to protect players from fraud and unauthorised transactions.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once a game session or bet has commenced. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe you have deposited in error.
• Funds held in your w999e PKR wallet do not accrue interest.

5Bonuses & Promotions

w999e runs welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page or communicated via notification. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. One bonus per player, per qualifying period, unless stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire after the specified period and are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus funds may only be used on game categories specified in the promotion. Certain games — typically progressive jackpots or specific Live Casino tables — may be excluded from wagering contributions. Check the individual promotion for the full list.
• w999e reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse, fraud or manipulation is detected.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multiple account creation, coordinated betting patterns or exploiting technical errors — will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

6Games & Betting Rules

w999e offers Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and Sports Betting. Each category operates under its own set of game-specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting section. The following general rules apply across all categories:

• All game outcomes on Slots, Live Casino and Fish Games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer dealing procedures. Results are final once a round is completed.
• Sports Betting results are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event — PSL matches, T20 internationals, Football fixtures and Esports tournaments. In the event of a dispute, w999e's decision on settlement is final.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds can change rapidly during live events.
• w999e reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, manifest pricing error or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market.
• In the event of a game or platform malfunction during an active session, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. w999e is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

For Cricket and PSL betting specifically: markets are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches and reduced-overs results are settled per the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.

7VIP Programme

The w999e VIP Programme runs across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players accumulate VIP points through real-money bets and spins. The points-to-tier thresholds and associated benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal speed and exclusive bonuses — are published on the VIP page.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bets funded entirely by bonus balance do not contribute to VIP points.
• Tier upgrades are reviewed periodically. Once a player achieves a tier, they retain that tier for the current review period. Downgrade rules and the review period length are stated on the VIP page.
• VIP rewards including cashback are credited to your wallet in PKR. Standard withdrawal terms and any applicable wagering requirements apply.
• w999e reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice. Accrued points and active tier status will be honoured through the end of the current review period in the event of programme closure.
• VIP status is personal and non-transferable between accounts.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on w999e. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, balances reviewed and may have winnings forfeited:

• Creating more than one account on w999e.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular human players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or sports betting syndicates in a manner designed to exploit platform odds or bonus structures.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on w999e. w999e complies with anti-money laundering principles and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing w999e staff or other players through any communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

w999e takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems. We include practical tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time reminder so the platform alerts you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

11Account Suspension & Closure

w999e may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable period after a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under 18 years of age.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

On voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

Players who have had accounts closed for Terms violations are not eligible to re-register.

12Limitation of Liability

w999e provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

• w999e is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures or third-party payment delays outside our control.
• w999e is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from platform use.
• Our total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13Changes to These Terms

w999e may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify players via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the w999e platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
